We build the source local time in its time zone using IANA data, convert to a precise UTC instant, then format it in each target zone. Offsets and abbreviations come from the browser so daylight saving time is applied correctly.
UTC offsets: Displayed per zone at the selected time (e.g., UTC+01:00). DST shifts are reflected automatically if that date/time is in daylight saving time for the zone.
